SPC Stuart Brookes 129x132
Stuart has overall responsibility for operational delivery of all Spectrum Property Care contracts and provides a strategic role in promoting continuous improvement on projects and working closely with clients’ strategic management teams.
SPC Pete Bailey 129x132
Pete has full responsibility for business delivery and performance management covering all compliance work streams for Spectrum Property Care covering Devon, Dorset, Hampshire,   He is also responsible for operational management of the Frome Business Centre covering all service-lines: reactive & planned maintenance, projects and building improvements.
SPC Steve Beach 129x132
Steve is responsible for all contract operations and financial performance delivered from our Fleetsbridge and Blandford Business Centres concerning planned works such as new kitchen and bathroom installations.  He covers Dorset and south Hampshire regions.
SPC Jac Jenkins 129x132
Jac has full responsibility for business delivery and performance management on the Isle Of Wight. This covers all work streams and service-lines: reactive and planned maintenance, projects and building improvements.

Darren is responsible for delivering all responsive works covering the Dorset and south Hampshire region.
SPC Jesse Meek 129x132
Responsible for delivering gas heating services throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire and west of England.
SPC Chris Powell 129x132
Chris has responsibility for all service operations delivered from our Exeter Business Centre.  Covering Cornwall, Devon and South Somerset for both internal and external clients. They cover reactive, planned, gas heating installations and servicing, electrical testing and repairs and refurbishment projects.
SPC Kevin Power 129x132
Kevin undertakes business development activities for Spectrum Property Care to support our growth plan and oversees the submission of competitive bids for approved tender opportunities. He develops and builds value-added customer relationships for existing and new clients.
