Spectrum Property Care knows and understands the benefits that landlords can lock in by setting up an in-house works team (DLO) to deliver their property repairs and maintenance services.    We have successfully provided consultancy and systems support to landlord’s who have taken the plunge and replaced their external repairs contractors with an in-house works team.

Spectrum Property Care provides consultancy advice and management support for DLO projects from the feasibility stage through to business start-up and on-going trading. We also provide a business optimisation consultancy service for existing DLOs enabling landlords to continually improve their DLO performance.

These systems can be viewed by clients in an operational setting in any one of our regional offices throughout the South and South West.

Assistance can be provided in the form of just a one-day visit to view our systems and to have discussions with our Directors and System Managers or we can provide a total management package of consultancy support.  

To complement our DLO consultancy, we can also provide property stock condition surveys to look at all parts of a building to assess the condition and state of repair and plan for immediate and future works. From this information an organisation can build up a programme and budget for future repair and maintenance requirements.

Training

Spectrum Property Care has been accredited with Investors in People Gold.  We understand what it takes to provide a first class team of staff who represent our Company with a positive can-do image. Training is the key here and we have a highly reputable team of experienced trainers who deliver a variety of topics that equip employees with the knowledge and skills to meet the demands of their business.

We have facilities across the South West to deliver training to clients’ staff delivered by our Compliance Team and Learning and Development Department who are ILM registered.
