Our directly employed and experienced workforce is primarily used to deliver our facilities management services.
In addition, we deploy our retained contractors to deliver the more highly specialised services as part of our facilities management solution. All of our contractors have to meet the same professional standards of safety and customer care as our directly employed workforce.
We aim to employ and train local people with the requisite qualifications and this assists us in being able to respond to situations promptly and professionally.
