Our highly experienced engineers are available 24/7, 365 days a year to provide the responsive services needed to maintain equipment to peak working conditions through programmes of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), servicing, replacement and repair. 

Our engineers are directly employed with each member of staff qualified and experienced across the range of M&E disciplines. Our staff have full membership of the respective regulated bodies: Gas Safe, OFTEC, HETAS, MCS, NICEIC and all have Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards registered with the Joint Industry Board. 

Spectrum Property Care’s heating and electrical teams are headed up by Compliance Managers with many years experience in their respective industries.

All job and work information is captured electronically and communicated in real-time utilising smart technology run on a mobile working platform linked to our client’s systems.
