Planned Maintenance

Planned Maintenance

Spectrum Property Care employs highly trained Planned Maintenance Teams to deliver large scale project works and asset component replacement programmes. These teams also provide cyclical maintenance, fire and security services, preventative planned maintenance programmes and general buildings improvements to residential and industrial premises.

These works are carried out by our own teams of directly employed, multi-skilled trade staff with support from sub-contractors covering specific disciplines such as licensed asbestos removal.

We have Resident Liaison Officers who provide 24/7 end to end customer care support from the initial planning stage, throughout the site works and continuing into the after sales period to ensure entire satisfaction for the duration.

Our approach is to understand each client’s desired outcome and work collaboratively to construct a delivery model which will provide an exceptional end product that provides economic benefits through life cycle gains.

As a company with the Investors in People Gold accreditation, we achieve outstanding results from ensuring our staff have the necessary skills and confidence to tackle the challenges that planned and major works delivery can present.  Our staff are “can-do” and deploy a professionally creative attitude towards all the work they are entrusted with to ensure positive outcomes that exceed our client’s expectations and deliver reputation gains for all parties.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your and your Teams efforts to date. In the insurance world the South West has always been an area difficult to cover due to the widespread geography and distances between the major towns and cities. Since joining our network we have fewer rejections and complaints than ever before and this is predominantly as a result of the works being undertaken by Spectrum. To date you have been an invaluable addition to our Network and we look forward to continuing to work together in Partnership and growing our respective books of business. Mitie365
What can I say, there are huge smiley faces at school. You and the team you put in place are truly amazing. What you have all done is so important by saving us this outlay to fix the roof. Our faith in the community has been totally restored by your kindness Montacute School

As a Technical Officer for Dorset Accessible Homes Service in Dorset I have been involved in administering bathroom adaptations using Spectrum Property Care since December 2015 and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The feedback from our clients and my personal experience from dealing direct with the contractors have been of the highest praise on their communication, consideration for the client and especially the quality and finish of work.
