These teams also provide cyclical maintenance, fire and security services, preventative planned maintenance programmes and general buildings improvements to residential and industrial premises.
These works are carried out by our own teams of directly employed, multi-skilled trade staff with support from sub-contractors covering specific disciplines such as licensed asbestos removal.
We have Resident Liaison Officers who provide 24/7 end to end customer care support from the initial planning stage, throughout the site works and continuing into the after sales period to ensure entire satisfaction for the duration.
