Spectrum Property Care is a renowned provider of Reactive Maintenance.   We have continually built on the foundations of this core business to ensure we are a market leader by investing in state-of-the art IT system technology throughout our business streams to give clients full reporting information and audit trail of the works we do for them.  

This service is delivered by our directly employed, trained and skilled workforce.  We have over 300 field based trades staff who respond to in excess of 200,000 reactive maintenance orders each year and we are available 24/7 365 days a year- including Christmas Day. 

Every day our mobile workforce is supported by our team of managers, supervisors and planners using our state-of-the-art systems to link field operations with our business centres throughout the South/South west and Isle of Wight.  

Our workforce comprises all construction trades and we ensure that our workforce is: DRB checked, fully qualified and trained in all aspects of customer service and safety management.

At the customer premises, our trade staff will always:

  • Arrive at the agreed time
  • Be in a clean, Spectrum Property Care branded van
  • Park their van considerately
  • Present their ID badge to the customer
  • Wear Spectrum Property Care branded uniforms
  • Be respectful, polite, clear and can-do
  • Keep everyone safe
  • Do a professional standard job
  • Ensure that the customer is informed of the job progress
  • Clean-up
  • Inform the customer of the job outcome and any next steps
